Self-care is central in scalability

Improving family life starts with focusing on yourself

The need for self-care in healthy productivity cannot be overstated.

Similar to how entrepreneurs look to the guidance from Micheal Gerber's The E-Myth Revisited, with the central messaging that people need to work on the business as opposed to in the business, the same applies for mothers!

I realized that me doing everything in the domestic realm of carework where I neither leverage nor outsource is something no smart, wealthy entrepreneur would do. They work on the business, not in the business, and try to separate out the need for them to be physically present for the business to function and scale.

If you were to work more on yourself, in terms of the broad concepts of self-care, think about the impact that could have on your career, children, relationships, and overall work-life juggle. You will naturally outperform the version of you that was already stretching herself too thin.

What version of you is going to show up?
